 Why
should I upgrade my memory?
More memory = more space for the computer to process a number of
tasks.
This results in less information being temporarily stored on the
hard drive, which results in quicker retrieval and therefore a quicker PC.
For basic, everyday computing, Windows XP *requires* 128Mb, but
runs certain memory-hungry tasks much quicker and smoother with 256Mb or even
512Mb or more. We can, of course, advise you on the amount of memory
recommended based on your needs.
